The Angus Reserve, Boneless Royal Rib steaks are cut end-to-end with a 1” or less lip/tail portion remaining. A small amount of trim occurs on the bone side of the loin. USDA Grade: Prime plus the top ⅓ of Choice for abundant marbling that enhances both flavor and juiciness.
