The Angus Reserve Sirloin Bites can be used in many ways.  These steak bites or steak tips are perfectly trimmed, creating 100% usable steak.  All Tips were trimmed from the Sirloin.  USDA Grade: Prime plus the top ⅓ of Choice for abundant marbling that enhances both flavor and juiciness.
