This Angus Reserve, 16 oz T-bone steak is standard cut and tightly trimmed. It will have a minimum 1” tenderloin portion as well as a center cut strip steak portion. USDA Grade: Prime plus the top ⅓ of Choice for abundant marbling that enhances both flavor and juiciness.
